How my journey began

Brae Onnah Weil, A Dynamic Embodiment Practitioner RSMTE, CMT

My work and my spiritual practices are deeply rooted in nature, the movement of natural cycles; the winds, rains and seasons of earth’s turning and changing tides. I have overcome many challenges, learning to enjoy life through deep connection to my physical body, nature and energy medicine; which is naturally available to us all.

I enjoy supporting clients to connect with their intuitive ability to track and observe an personal unfolding healing path. My facilitation methods help reintegrate vital parts of the self lost to traumatic and dissociative survival techniques and to build personal practices of body-mind integration. We explore and practice techniques to stabilize internal regulation and re-pattern habitual behaviors that keep us stuck repeating painful behaviors, both in our relation to self and others.

The unfolding process is like weaving a tapestry; one of transforming and freeing oneself of burdens through embodied communication and empathetic listening, interpersonal connection, and playful expression of self.

To embody alchemy is to bring into physical manifestation the transformation of pain and discord into sparks of light that can guide us forward through the mystery of our lives in these times. I enjoy working individually and in group contexts to bring forward subtle perceptions and revolutionary skills; to playfully expand our experience of the art of healing and living wholeness.

I am honored to carry a blended bundle of wisdom through training and apprenticeship in South American and Asian Indigenous healing traditions alongside western studies in biological science, developmental movement therapy, physical and mask theatre, as well as embodied anatomy.
