Curiosity and Connection

An experiential and empowering somatic workshop

February 28th | 1-4pm $75-100 sliding scale.

Curiosity and Connection is an experiential somatic workshop with Brae Onnah Sisk and Katie LaRue inviting you to slow down and reconnect with the body as a source of awareness, clarity, and choice. Through guided practices, we explore presence, curiosity toward protective patterns, and embodied connection with self and others—creating space for softness, release, and renewed agency.

This Workshop Is for You If You’re…

  • Feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck

  • Longing to feel more at home in your body

  • Curious about understanding your nervous system in a gentle, supportive way

  • Ready to meet yourself more deeply and kindly

  • To be in community and to be witnessed by others

    You Will Leave With…

  • Breathwork and somatic practices to support your nervous system and help you relax and feel grounded when you feel overwhelmed or flooded

  • Tools to meet protective parts with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment or self-blame

  • Practical coping strategies to help you return to presence, clarity, and choice

  • A deeper, embodied understanding of your mind–body connection and how to feel more anchored within yourself

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided movments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. Your curiosity and openness to new experiences will help shape the experience.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced somatic facilitators who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
