These personalized sessions are gentle, intuitive rituals designed to support your unique energy in the moment—focusing on transmutation, resetting, clearing, balancing, and restoring flow so you can embody your vital essence more fully.
Every session is different, guided by what your body, energy field, and spirit call for that day. We may draw from one, two, or all three core approaches—or blend them seamlessly—creating a living alchemy tailored just for you.
Qi Gong-inspired movement & cultivation: Soft, flowing sequences to awaken and circulate life force (Qi), stirring vitality, opening pathways, and inviting fresh energy to move freely.
Jin Shin-style quiet listening acupressure: Intuitive, gentle holds on acupoints where we listen deeply to your body's subtle wisdom—allowing tensions, emotions, or patterns to soften and release naturally, with compassion and no forcing.
Guided visualization & alchemical energy work: Blending Taoist inner refinement (transmuting denser energies into luminous flow through breath and intention) with Andean-inspired practices (clearing hucha—heavy or misplaced energy—and restoring harmony with earth, cosmos, and reciprocity).
The journey unfolds organically: perhaps starting with movement to activate, flowing into deep listening for release, then easing into visualizations for clearing and renewal—or any combination that feels right. You emerge lighter, more balanced, and reconnected to your inner flow, ready to navigate life with greater resilience and presence.
This flexible, client-led approach honors that no two sessions are the same, yet the heart remains consistent: supporting energetic transmutation and reset through whatever blend serves you best

My teachers in energy alchemy
Gilles Marin (founder and director of the Chi Nei Tsang Institute, with over 40 years in Taoist healing arts and inner alchemy) is a certified senior instructor in Master Mantak Chia's International Healing Tao System and Chi Nei Tsang, with studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine under Dr. Stephen T. Chang and a degree in Philosophy of Education. Based in the Bay Area, he teaches advanced courses in the biology of consciousness, Taoist inner alchemy, and energy cultivation, influencing practitioners worldwide through his innovative fusion of hands-on abdominal work, Qi Gong, and spiritual practices that emphasize emotional release, vital energy refinement, and profound self-transformation.
Don Victor Estrada (Peruvian curandero and shaman with decades in Andean spiritual traditions) is a revered healer and teacher of Inca shamanic practices, drawing from ancient Andean cosmology, huachuma ceremonies, and ritual healing arts. Traveling internationally to lead retreats and private sessions, he shares guidance on soul alignment, energy clearing, and reciprocity with nature (ayni), profoundly influencing modern seekers through his emphasis on unconditional love, ancestral wisdom, and transmutative rituals that restore harmony between body, spirit, and the cosmos.
Janet Oliver (L.Ac., with 30+ years in acupressure and Asian Bodywork) was a senior teacher at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley from 1982, developing curriculum and authoring textbooks for their 500-hour program. A dedicated Jin Shin Jyutsu faculty member since 1993, she studied intensively with Mary Burmeister for over two decades, specializing in Self-Help techniques. She taught at Five Branches University Extension and other California schools, sharing gentle, intuitive acupressure holds, subtle energy listening, and meridian harmonization to awaken the body’s innate healing wisdom, release emotional patterns, and foster deep energetic and emotional balance.
Jim Self and Roxane Burnett (co-founders of Mastering Alchemy, with decades in personal energy management, spiritual development, and inner alchemy) were early influences of mine through their previous teaching at the Avalon Institute (a Northern California-based center for psychic and energetic training, sometimes linked to clairvoyant and spiritual development branches). There, Jim Self founded and directed programs focused on clairvoyance, energy tools, and personal transformation, offering practical energetic "alchemy" techniques for shifting consciousness, managing personal energy fields, and creating higher awareness—tools that shaped some of my foundational approaches to transmutation and flow in Embody Alchemy Attunements.
Embody Alchemy Somatic Integration
A profound process of unifying the mind, body, and often spirit through conscious awareness, embodied practices, and gentle exploration. It bridges the gap between mental/emotional experiences and physical sensations, allowing unresolved patterns—such as stress, trauma, tension, or emotional holding—to be acknowledged, processed, and released at their root level in the body.
At its core, somatic integration recognizes that the body is not separate from the mind; it stores experiences, memories, and emotions physiologically (e.g., in posture, breath, muscle tension, or nervous system responses). By tuning into interoceptive signals (internal bodily feelings) and proprioceptive awareness (sense of position and movement), individuals cultivate a harmonious relationship between thoughts, feelings, and physical states. This fosters greater self-regulation, emotional resilience, and a felt sense of wholeness—often described as feeling "at home" in one's body.
In therapeutic or coaching contexts—like your blended sessions—this involves:
Mindful somatic movement to awaken inner wisdom, release habitual patterns, and restore natural ease.
Body-centered touch and techniques (e.g., Wind and Water style Tui Na) to gently discharge held energy, regulate the nervous system, and promote fluid Qi/energy flow.
Integration phase where shifts settle, new coherence emerges, and insights translate into daily life—leading to reduced pain, deeper calm, enhanced mobility, and soulful reconnection.
