Classes, Workshops, and Creative Embodiment Offerings Through Embody Alchemy
Embody Alchemy events are offerings I create and lead. These may include somatic movement workshops, creative embodiment classes, online courses, movement-based rituals, theater-informed practices, or seasonal offerings connected to the body, nervous system, and expressive self.
Some events are quiet and reflective. Others are more playful, expressive, or ritual-based. Across formats, my intention is the same: to create a grounded container where participants can listen to the body, explore new patterns, and practice being in relationship with themselves and others in a more embodied way.
These gatherings may include somatic movement, breath, developmental movement patterns, Authentic Movement, BodyTales, mask work, somatic clowning, ritual theater, earth-based practice, writing, or nervous system education. Each event has its own focus, structure, and level of participation.

Some Embody Alchemy events may take place at SomaRoot Center in Chico, online, at partner spaces, or in collaboration with aligned facilitators and organizations. The defining thread is that these offerings are led or held through my Embody Alchemy practice.

What to Expect
Events are designed to be accessible without flattening the depth of the work. You don’t need to be a performer, dancer, healer, or experienced somatic practitioner to participate unless a specific event says otherwise.
You may be invited to move, write, witness, rest, speak, make sound, create with your hands, or simply notice what’s happening in your body. Participation is always shaped by consent, capacity, and choice.
These events are about practicing presence, curiosity, and relationship through the body.
