This workshop offers an introduction to lymphatic breast care through lymphatic and Ayurvedic perspectives.
The lymphatic system supports flow throughout the body and relies on movement, circulation, and gentle care. Breast tissue is often overlooked in daily body care, and compression from tight bras or restrictive clothing can limit natural movement in this area.
In this class, participants will learn how to assess their own tissue, notice texture and sensation, and better understand what areas of tenderness, density, or imbalance may be communicating. The workshop will offer practical tools for supporting breast tissue, lymphatic flow, and immune system care.
Class time will include an introduction to the lymphatic system, guided self-assessment, and education on how to feel and understand your own breast tissue. A breast work demonstration will be offered at the end.
This workshop is for anyone with breasts who wants to learn more about caring for them. It may also be supportive for people who have been on a breast cancer journey, have implants, or have had a mastectomy.
