Phoenix Rising: Rebirth After Burnout is a one-hour session for women experiencing chronic exhaustion, prolonged stress, or the feeling of being stretched beyond capacity.
Burnout can emerge when stress becomes ongoing and unmanaged, affecting the body, mind, emotions, and daily life. Personal responsibilities, professional demands, constant digital access, and a culture of toxic productivity can all contribute to a state where rest, boundaries, and recovery become difficult to access.
This session offers a space to identify common signs of burnout and begin exploring a path toward recovery through reflection, resilience, adaptability, and intentional recalibration. Participants will look at where their attention and energy are going, how boundaries may need to be restored, and what small, sustainable shifts may support a healthier rhythm.
Class time will include discussion, a sharing circle, guided relaxation for grounding, and a reflective journaling activity using worksheets provided by Nila. This journaling practice is designed to help participants create a safe internal space for reflection, learning, and small daily changes.
This session is especially supportive for women experiencing chronic exhaustion, midlife stress, career pressure, burnout, or a desire for change in life or work. It may also be a good fit for anyone wanting to become more adaptive, resilient, and responsive during times of transition.
